Discover Africa Food with Kitchen SAWASAWA

Discover Africa Food is a collaboration between ADNJ and Kitchen SAWASAWA located in Higashi Osaka. This event aims to bring together Africa and Japanese to enjoy African food and facilitate intercultural communication. In fact, every month, we welcome people from the target country who supports Kitchen SAWASAWA to cook their country food. So far, we have promoted chapati Seti from Tanzania, Abobo from Benin, Chiepp Djann and Tuffe from Senegal, Rolex Combo from Uganda, Mupungan Unedovi Ne Huku from Zimbabwe, Sundan Special Plat and Tamia Sand plat from Sundan, and Couscous from Tunisia.
